2019: New Carpenter Hayabusa 120

Based on info from Carpenter's Official Website, Hayabusa means "Falcon" in Japanese, was originally invented in  April 2009. Development and testing started from 2012 till spring 2018, with codename 1210A-120.  In summer 0f 2018, KLL codename was given KLL028A.
In January 28th 019, Hayabusa was re-released with 5 colors, designed by Carpenter's Plant Manager, Mr Sato.

Based on the website, Hayabusa is a different action from γ, BF, Maihime, and GeNei.  It is not all-purpose, but it can be used properly to extend fishing results.

In my opinion, Hayabusa was designed solely to catch Hiramasa (Yellow tail Kingfish). It has a longer body (235mm) with a slim profile compared with γ, BF, Maihime, and GeNei.  No feedback on tuna and GT caught by Hayabusa.

As for suitable rods, during testing BlueChaser (BLC) series with PE 8 outfit was used to catch Hiramasa.  I have no idea what will Hayabusa behavior if I use TBL80/30, TBL83/32 or TBL80/35 on GT. Hopefully got a future trip to test them.

Hook sized is 11g which includes Decoy Saltwater 6/0, Gamakatsu GTR 5/0 and Owner ST66 5/0.
